LBCarmelo Electrical Construction and Supply Inc. (LECSI) was incorporated in September 2020 as the corporate evolution of LBCarmelo Engineering — the combined vision of Engr. Leopoldo B. Carmelo, Paul John J. Carmelo, and Paul Lorenz Carmelo.

LECSI delivers world-class Electrical Construction, Supply, and Maintenance services — from industrial ice plants and feed mills to high-rise condominiums, malls, and hotel resorts — with engineering precision and unwavering integrity on every project.

Professional Electrical Engineer, former Professor & Dean of the College of Engineering at Western Institute of Technology (1990), with over four decades of hands-on field experience. Founder of LBCarmelo Engineering and co-founder of LECSI.

LBCarmelo Engineering Founded

Engr. Leopoldo B. Carmelo established LBCarmelo Engineering (LBCE) as a sole proprietorship, drawing from over 30 years of hands-on field experience to serve the growing electrical engineering needs of Western Visayas.

A Decade of Growth

Over ten years, LBCE steadily took on increasingly complex electrical projects across Western Visayas — from planning and design to installation, supervision, construction, and consultancy.

LECSI Incorporated

LBCarmelo Electrical Construction & Supply Inc. (LECSI) was formally incorporated — transforming into a corporate entity capable of serving local and international projects at a wider scale.
